Introduction to SQL and Database Administration

More than a record.
A statement about education.

Prof. Matheus Boesing will teach Introduction to SQL and Database Administration for more than 80 consecutive hours live, in a hybrid format with in-person and online participation, from a small town in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Guinness World Records has already accepted the challenge. The attempt takes place from September 4 to 7, 2026, broadcast live to the world.

This is not just an event. It is proof that learning can be extraordinary, and that transformative education happens where there is will — not only where there are resources.

This is not a project about endurance, it is a project about relevance. Education is what builds our legacy, and learning is extraordinary. We are here to show that students and teachers can be protagonists in a country known for football and carnival. The record is only the beginning. We are going to change the future of education and technology in Brazil.
